Puffer fish

Part of "The Birds and the Bees," a multi-media installation about animals who aesthetically change their surroundings. Mandala is made from sand a stones, inspired by the fishes' creations as well as meditative sand art from various cultures

Also part of "The Birds and the Bees" multi-media installation -- sculpted shelf and pots inspired by creations by various wasp species

Bower

Part of "The Birds and the Bees" -- structure made of branches and moss, surrounded by soil and "ornaments" as created by bowerbirds. Viewers were encouraged to walk into the space to fully experience the installation.
